Portrait of Lua, Hatha Yoga teacher in Dublin

About

Hi, I'm Lua.

Yoga teacher based in Dublin.

Lua met Yoga in 2015, while studying Psychology in Brazil. Her first encounter came through an unexpected place — working as a receptionist for a Yoga teacher who became a lasting source of inspiration.

After moving to Dublin, she made the decision to travel to India alone. She spent six months living and studying there, completing her Hatha Yoga training at Pyramid YogShala and learning directly from Indian teachers.

Her training deepened her understanding of Yoga philosophy, pranayama, mantra, meditation and Hatha Yoga — knowledge she now brings into every class she teaches in Dublin.

"Yoga became more than something I practised. It became a way of understanding life."
Lua during her Hatha Yoga training in India

Training

Rooted in Tradition

Lua spent six months living and studying in India, where she completed her Hatha Yoga training at Pyramid YogShala and immersed herself in the philosophical and practical traditions of Yoga.

A practice for real people.

Lua's mission is to make Yoga accessible, welcoming and transformative, regardless of age, experience or flexibility. Every class is a safe space to breathe, slow down, build strength, cultivate awareness and reconnect with yourself. Yoga, here, goes beyond the postures.
