About
Hi, I'm Lua.
Yoga teacher based in Dublin.
Lua met Yoga in 2015, while studying Psychology in Brazil. Her first encounter came through an unexpected place — working as a receptionist for a Yoga teacher who became a lasting source of inspiration.
After moving to Dublin, she made the decision to travel to India alone. She spent six months living and studying there, completing her Hatha Yoga training at Pyramid YogShala and learning directly from Indian teachers.
Her training deepened her understanding of Yoga philosophy, pranayama, mantra, meditation and Hatha Yoga — knowledge she now brings into every class she teaches in Dublin.
"Yoga became more than something I practised. It became a way of understanding life."
Training
Rooted in Tradition
